Dear Jim and Family,
i just read about your father’s passing since we just returned from a month at Lakeside. I only saw him a couple times after he retired but I have many fond memories of him as a fellow Marketing teacher and friend. I still remember and use some of his many money saving tips. Jim., I also have many good memories of you as an outstanding student and the work you put in to win a state DECA contest and attend Nationals. Marcia and I extend our sincere sympathy to you and your family. Your father was a good man.

Mr. Dovin was a faculty advisor for the Elyria High Herald newspaper when I was a freshman in the 80s. He was such a nice man, funny, easy to talk to. I am so sorry to see he has passed away. I hope his family and friends find comfort in their memories of him. Goodbye, Mr. D.

So very sad to hear about Wayne. He was one of my best friends growing up two blocks away. We were roller skating partners and partners in crime when we messed up his Mom’s kitchen coloring Easter eggs with melted crayons. Many memories. I was so happy to hear he had a special person in his life in Florida. Love from a very old friend, Rosie (Rosemary) formerly Tusko, Pozega and now Folden in Oregon, married to David for almost 29 years. Miss you, Wayne. ❤️
