Travis M. Rairigh, age 11, of Sheffield Lake, died suddenly on Friday, November 19, 2004 in the emergency room at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center West, Lorain.
He was born on March 2, 1993 in Lorain. He attended Murray Ridge School.
Travis enjoyed being with people, going to school and loved music.
He is survived by his mother: Elizabeth Brake, of Sheffield Lake, father: Todd Rairigh, of Sheffield Lake, & step-father: Larry J. Brake, paternal grandparents: Kathy & August Rairigh, of Sheffield Lake, paternal great grandparents: Joseph and Helen Giles, of South Fork, Pennsylvania, maternal grandmother: Wilma Kidd of Vermilion, grandfather: Donnie Kidd, of Louisville, Kentucky, 3 brothers: Tyler J. Rairigh, Bradley J. Brake, and Brandon J. Brake, all of Sheffield Lake, 2 aunts, 2 uncles and several cousins.
Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Martha & Faye Lawson and Worley & Elizabeth Kidd, paternal grandmother: Margaret Rairigh, brother: Darrick J. Brake.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 21, 2004 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
