Terry Edmonds

Terry "Rocky" Edmonds, age 65, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on July 5, 1961, Rocky lived a life defined by hard work, devotion to his family, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. 

A loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother, Rocky was the cornerstone of his family. He shared a beautiful life with his beloved wife, Brenda. Together, they raised three sons—Tim (Anita), Brian (Megan), and Joel (Crystal)—of whom Rocky was immensely proud. He was also a devoted brother to his sister, Carolyn Conley, and a loving father to his two dogs, Ozzie and Bella. 

While he took great pride in his hard work, Rocky found his greatest joy in his family, especially his 6 cherished grandchildren who affectionately called him "Papa." Nothing brought him more happiness than spending time with them, sharing stories, and creating lasting memories. 

When he wasn’t working hard to provide for those he loved, Rocky was happiest out in nature. Whether he was casting a line fishing, spending a quiet morning on the golf course, or sitting up in a tree stand waiting for deer, he cherished every moment spent outdoors.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, September 8 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Dovin Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.  

Rocky now rests peacefully, reunited with Maw and Paw in eternal comfort. His legacy of hard work, strength, and deep love for his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
