Terrence Thomas

Terrence Joseph Thomas, age 65, of Lorain, died Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at his residence following a lengthy illness.

Born March 4, 1958, he lived in Lorain his entire life.

He retired from Ford Motor Company in Avon after 29 years there.  He was a member of the United Autoworkers Union Local 2000.

He enjoyed listening to music, especially the Beatles.

Surviving is his wife of 27 years, Katherine (nee Abrams); and a sister, Sherri Rounds.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Mary Lou (nee Mezatasta) Thomas; and a brother, Richard “Rick” Thomas.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.  Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp.
