Sally Chernick (nee Blazina), 98, of Twinsburg, OH, formerly of Rankin, PA, passed away on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Edward; dear mother of Dennis (Diana), Edward Jr. (Linda) and Richard (Jane); beloved grandmother of Wayne, Christine Landers, Jason (Maggie), Jeremy, Melissa Chernick and Dain; great grandmother of Kyle Landers, Ryan Landers, Alexis Chernick, Jason Jr, Troy, Hunter and the late Meghan Chernick; sister of the late Joseph, Robert, Jacob, Steve, Helen “Pat” Yates, Ann Riberich and Molly Blazina. Visitation Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, from 10 to 11 AM at Ss. Cosmas & Damian Parish, 10419 Ravenna Rd, Twinsburg, where Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 AM. Entombment Monday, Sept 20, 2021, at 11:30 AM at All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Braddock, PA.
