Rodolfo Garcia

Rodolfo Garcia, 38, of Cleveland, passed away at his residence on Friday, September 21, 2012 following a short illness.
Born Nov. 15, 1975 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, he came to Lorain in 1989. He had been a resident of Cleveland for the past 2 years.
Rodolfo attended Southview High School. He was a member of Iglesia Case del Alfarero in Cleveland where he belonged to the Worship Team and played the drums.
He enjoyed music, playing the drums, and watching videos of drummers.
Surviving is his wife of 8 years, Melissa (nee Carrion); a son, Rodolfo Jose Garcia of Cleveland; his mother, Rosa Reyes of Lorain; a brother, Ezisequiel Garcia of Lorain; and sisters, Orquidea Garcia of Lorain and Rosa Rivera of Lerado, TX.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Carmen Caraballo.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm in Iglesia de Dios Ebenezer, 3660 Globe Ave., Lorain, where funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Jose Rivera, pastor of Iglesia Case del Alfarero will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain. The Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain, is handling the arrangements.
