Robert "Bob" Thomas Pangburn, age 76 of North Royalton, passed away peacefully at home on November 29, 2025, surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born on April 5, 1949, in Binghamton, NY, Bob was the son of Anna May and Floyd Edward Pangburn. He was one of six children who filled the Pangburn home with energy, humor and love. His siblings included Edwin (Anne) Bennett, Donald (Fran) Pangburn, Tom (Carole) Pangburn, Faye (Alan) Oleniacz and Carol (Gary) Dumas. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Ann and Floyd and his brother, Tom.

The stories he shared from his childhood were vivid, colorful and often hilarious - memories that brought comfort and laughter during his final days.

Bob is survived by his spouse, Susan. His legacy will live on through his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren - too many to name, but he loved them all.

Bob attended Harpersville Central School and Chenango Forks Schools in New York. He proudly served in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge in 1977. His tours in Germany were among the most meaningful experience of his service, where he made many friends who became like family.

The family extends their deepest gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Cleveland VA for their care and dedication. A special heartfelt thank you goes to the Hospice of the Western Reserve. Their constant support, compassion and guidance carried the family through this journey - God bless each of you.

If you wish to honor Bob's memory, please consider a donation to the Cleveland VA or Hospice of the Western Reserve so they may continue supporting others.

Bob will be dearly missed and the family will gather for a celebration of his life at a future date.
