Patricia A. Kaczay, (nee Simsic) age 59, of Lorain, died on Tuesday, June 20, 2006
At Metro Health Medical Center, Cleveland, following a sudden illness.
She was born on April 7, 1947 in Lorain where she has been a lifelong resident.
She graduated from Clearview High School and attended Lorain County Joint Vocational School.
Patricia was a dietician at Ohio Extended Care Center for 10 years, retiring in 2004.
She was a member of Nativity BVM Catholic Church.
She enjoyed writing poems, arts and crafts.
She is survived by her husband: Kevin, son: Raymond J. Marquez, II, of Lorain, daughter: Lucia Marquez of Lorain, mother: Ursula J. (nee Wierzzowski) Simsic of Lorain, brother: Leo Simsic, of Detroit, and sisters: Linda Goddard, of England and Rita Griffith, of Lorain.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband: Raymond J. Marquez in 1994, and father: Joseph Simsic, in 1976.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 23, 2006 from 9:00 until time of service at 10:00 a.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
