Mary Ann Bertram (nee Los), 53, of Lorain, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2013 at New Life Hospice Residential Center, Lorain, following a lengthy illness.
Born April 27, 1960 in Lorain, she was a life long resident of Lorain.
She worked as a machine operator for Lasercraft Inc. in North Ridgeville for 12 years. Mary enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, puzzle books, shopping and entertaining at home.
She will be deeply missed by her husband and best friend of 22 years, Thomas "Red Dog"; a son, Bruce Jacobs of Lorain; grandchildren, Bruce Jacobs III and Haley Jacobs; brothers, John Los Jr. of Elyria, Phillip Los of Columbus and Joe Los of Lorain; sisters, Karen Trautwein and Ann Theresa Bonecutter both of Lorain.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Kathleen (Aguayo) Los; and a s sister, Linda Mougas.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue., Lorain, where a memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Rev. John C. Retar, pastor of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church, Lorain.
