Margaret Thomas, 81, of Van Wert, Ohio, died Sunday, March 5, 2006 at Van Wert Manor following a short illness.
She was born April 10, 1924 in Elyria; she has lived in the Van Wert area for many years.
Surviving is her brother, William Thomas of Williamston, MI; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gust Thomas Sr., and Mary (nee Kozel) Thomas; brothers, Gust Jr., Edward, Richard, and Franklin; sisters, Pauline Hankins and Mildred Fazekas.
Graveside services will be today at 2:30 pm in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain. Rev. Fr. Kevin Shemuga, pastor of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Lorain, will officiate. The Dovin Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
