Marga V. Hunyad, (nee Strals), age 86, of Lorain, died on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at Amherst Manor Nursing Home, following a lengthy illness.
She was born on September 9, 1925 in Riga, Latvia, moving to this area in 1993 from Mississippi.
She was a member of the Firelands Baptist Church.
Marga is survived by her sons, Valdis Vitols, of Greenwood, IN, Ronald Scott, of Hernando, MS, and Johnny Vitols, of Russellville, AK; daughters, Dzidra Cecil, of Birmingham, OH, and Deborah Cleveland, of Hernando, MS.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Hunyad in 2005; a son, Richard Dale Scott in 1961.
