She was a beautiful and sweet person with a heart of gold who loved everyone and always saw the good in people. A devout Christian, she enjoyed studying the bible and attending church. She also enjoyed family vacations to many places and enjoyed horseback riding, snorkeling, teaching pre-school children. Lisa loved her trip to Hawaii where she and her husband rode a motorcycle to the top of a volcano as well as the summers she spent in Hong Kong and Paris, France with her parents. Lisa also enjoyed reading, aerobics (her favorite instructor was Denise Austin) and nature walks to Mill Hollow with her husband Troy and her dogs.  She was an animal lover who had many pets over the years including her cat Lucy that she adored.  Lisa also volunteered at the Animal Protective League where she assisted with the cat room.

And I will love you until the end of time, which has no end.

Lisa helped me to realize who I really am. There was always an inner person crying to come out and shine through the darkness, and now I realize that person is here, inside of me. I've never felt so free and alive, and I owe much of it to Lisa. She taught me to believe in myself through love, and to not let the hate in this world bring me down. She was my inspiration to do so much better in life. And now I am ready to go forth and conquer the dark forces in the world around me. Of course I will have help from my friends. Anyway, I'm much happier now and I can see clearly. Lisa helped to pave the way for my transition to a much better person, and I will always be grateful to her for that wonderful service.

I miss Lisa terribly and I will always love her, no matter what happens in my life. She was the light of my heart, and the light of my life. I take solace in knowing that she is with the Lord and is at peace. Lisa was the bravest person I ever knew in fighting her illness and persevering. She was truly one of God's and Christ's people and it showed in her demeanor and her attitude. She will always be missed by me and by her family. She was truly a great and a noble person and her life will live on inside of me. She was, and is, beautiful and precious in my sight. She is love and will always be. I know that I will see her again someday in the Lord's time, and I look ever forward to that time. Lisa is waiting for me, I know that. She was always special, always honest and unselfish, and I'm sure she has kept those qualities in the Kingdom of God. She is missed.

So sad for your loss Troy. Lisa was the most angelic person I've ever known. Pure at heart and a joy to have known. Beautiful inside and outside. It was a gift to cut her beautiful hair. All our love and may God keep you in his perfect peace.

My deepest condolences to you Troy and the family. I have special memories too of your Lisa, making her laugh when I would be silly. Her smile was beautiful. The Heavens have A new Angel. Love Lucy

Lisa loved both people and animals. She once worked at the Animal Protective league and took care of both of their cat rooms, which was a big job.

In spite of her physical illness, Lisa had a heart of gold and was beautiful and perfect inside. Lisa will always live in my heart and mind.

Lisa was beautiful and sweet, and she loved people. She always saw the good side in people. Lisa was a devout Christian, and enjoyed studying the Bible. She is with the Angels now in her new home, which she will live in forever. She loved the simple things in life, such as the love of her family.

Lisa and I had a wonderful time with her family in Maui, Hawaii. The ride up Haleakala volcano on a Harley Davidson motorcycle was awesome.

She will always be missed.

Lisa loved to walk and to do aerobics, sometimes three hours at a time. She was dedicated to physical fitness and exercise. We would go walking for miles with our dogs. The week that we met we walked out onto the beach at a place called Sheldon's Marsh. It used to be the causeway to Cedar Point but is now a beach peninsula stretching for two miles out along the Lake Erie shoreline in Huron. It was a beautiful place for us to fall in love, but I had already fallen for her the first time I talked to her on the phone, and the first time I saw her. She was the best.

Lisa was very brave in facing her illness, braver than I could have been. It's just so sad that such a fate could meet the most beautiful woman in the world.(by my standard) She was truly pure and true in her heart.
