Donnie Brown

Donnie R. Brown, age 69 of Lorain, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at his residence following a lengthy illness.

Born, July 29, 1953 in Webster Springs, West Virginia to Ona Gae Brown and Francis Aries Cochran, Donnie moved to Lorain in 1959.  He was a roofer for many years.

He enjoyed fishing, playing pool and above all spending time with family.

Surviving is his wife of 49 years, Della (nee McIntosh) Brown; daughter, Donna Brown and Tracy (Terry) Daggett; grandchildren, Amy, Terry, Austin, Don’ell, D’Niea, and D’Ona; great grandson, Brayden; brothers, Tom, Alan, Thomas, Bruce, Carl, Dennis, as well as his sisters, Gerri and Vivian.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents; stepfather, Gerard J. Ryan; brother, Jerry and Terry and his sisters, Margret, Theresa.
