Donna Nonevski

Danica (Donna) Nonevski (nee Mladenovska) passed away on December 17th, 2013, at the age of 81. Donna was born in the village of Slivnica, Macedonia. She and her husband, Teodore, immigrated to America, in 1972, and moved to Lorain in 1974, where she worked at Lorain Products for many years before retiring. Donna was a member of St. Clement of Ohrid Macedonian Orthodox Church. She was an avid gardener and exquisite cook, particularly with her pastries. She loved spending time with her friends and family, particularly the precious moments with her grandchildren. We will miss her loving nature, devotion to family and friends, quick wit, and love of life. She was preceded in death by parents, Simo and Angija, and her brother, Petre. She is survived by her husband, Teodore, son and daughter-in-law Ilche and Sarah Nonevski of Rockford, IL and her 2 grandchildren. In Pennsylvania, she is survived by brother-in-law and sister-in law, Jone and Nada Nonevski; niece and nephew, Tania and Rick Hart and their 2 daughters; and nephew Christopher Nonevski. In Macedonia, she is survived by her 2 sisters, Verka Naumovska and Menka Spasoevska, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

We will celebrate her life with family and friends this Friday, December 20th, 2013, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, at Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, OH 44055, where a service will be held at 7:30 pm. Church services will be held on Saturday, December 21st, 2013 at 11:00 am, at St. Clement Macedonian Orthodox Church, 38665 French Creek Rd, Avon, OH 44011. The Very Rev. Fr.
