Deborah "Debby" Smith, (nee Hritsko), 59, of Vermilion, passed away Friday, November 1, 2013 at her residence following a lengthy illness.
Born July 12, 1954 in Lorain, she graduated from Lorain Admiral King in 1972. She has been a resident of Vermilion since 1999.
Debby enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren.
Surviving is her husband of 27 years, Terry; and daughters, Michelle Nagy of Lorain, Jennifer Denney of Vermilion, and Mary (Dan) Williams of Lorain. Debby was the grandmother of 5 and was soon to be a great grandmother. She is also survived by a brother, James (Arlene) Hritsko of Lorain; and sisters, Diane (Ron) McKinley of Columbia Station, Terri Pena of Lorain, and Renee (Mike) Rosell of Nixa, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Marlene (nee Springowski) Hritsko.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 pm until the time of memorial services at 8:00 pm in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain.
