On behalf of my dad, Paul, and my brothers, Kev & Phil, I want to express my condolences to Bobby and the entire Welter family. I'm sorry I just learned about Mrs. Welter's passing a few minutes ago. We all went to St. Anthony's (church and school) and lived and played in the same neighborhood while we grew up. I knew Mrs. and Mr. Welter a little better because I was also their paperboy for many years. I have nothing but good memories of Mrs. Welter who was just a gem of a lady. God bless her! ~ John Craig
