Ardeshir Cheriky, age 44, of Elyria, died on August 16, 2005 at his residence, following a sudden illness.
He was born on August 6, 1961 in Nomehyek, Iran and lived there until coming to the United States in 1997.
He had worked as a tow motor mechanic for Black River Industries, Elyria. He enjoyed working on cars.
He is survived by his mother: Kaniz Cheriky, of Gachsaran, Iran, brothers: Iraj Cheriky, Saeed Cheriky, Gholamali Cheriky all of Iran sisters: Franngis, Fatemeh, Nasrin, Ruhangiz, Aghdas, all of Iran.
He was preceded in death by his father: Ghaisarali Cheriky, in 1999.
Friends will be received on Friday, Sept. 2, 2005 from 5-7 p.m. in the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Avenue, Lorain. Burial will be Monday in Gachsaran, Iran.
