Anthony A. Martincak, Jr. age 59, of Lorain, died unexpectedly in EMH Regional Medical Center, Elyria, on Tuesday, October 19, 2004.
He was born on April 2, 1945, and spent most of his life in Lorain.
He was a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed collecting older coins and going fishing.
He is survived by his son Anthony C., of PA, and his 2 daughters; Sheri Slavik, of Amherst and Jennifer Martincak, of Idaho and 5 grandchildren. He is also survived by his uncle, Edward S. Martincak and his aunt, Helen A. Webber, both of Lorain.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Richard, and his father, Anthony A. Martincak, Sr.
Family will receive friends on Friday, October 22, at the Dovin Funeral Home, 2701 Elyria Ave., Lorain, from 2-4 P.M., where a funeral service will be conducted at 3:30 P.M. with Rev.
