Ivola J. Starcher

Ivola J. Starcher, age 84, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at New Life Hospice, Lorain following a lengthy illness.
She was born on September 6, 1934 in Lincoln, West Virginia and moved to Lorain in 2014.
Ivola loved her family and the Lord. She was a member of Church of Acts where she was involved in many church functions and ministries. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her sons, Henry Vickers and James Vickers as well as many grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Vickers Sr., second husband Tom Starcher Sr.; parents; sons, Larry Vickers and Billy Vickers as well as several brothers.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. in the Word of Life Church, 3008 Grove Avenue, Lorain. Funeral services will be held in the church on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. Pastor Ray Smith will officiate. Burial will follow in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst.
